Ingredients

  • Vegan dip (made from cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice)

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Roast for 20-25 minutes until veggies are tender.
  • Blend cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice, and water to make the dip.

Ingredients

  • Garlic, red onion, rosemary, thyme
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Rub beef with minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Roast in the oven at 375°F (190°C) until desired doneness.
